Add Hold-to-Repeat Casting

Add an optional hold-to-repeat function for abilities. Holding an ability key should automatically cast that same spell again whenever its cooldown and global cooldown allow, instead of requiring repeated key presses. This would reduce keyboard spam, lessen hand strain, and make frequently used abilities feel smoother to play. The feature should be optional and fully rebindable.
