amber sap samples
only 2 are spawning on the purple nodes on the map. had to collet 2 then wait for them to respawn to get 4 to complete the quest. us west server.

Have the same issue, the one on top of the ridge is invisible but when I hover over where it's presumed to be I can't loot it. The one closest to the ridge/mountain was also invisible but I eventually was able to loot it.
Just to reiterate and show with image, these 2 are not visible
