Breach mobs HP% flickers to modificator boosted value.
It is really minor thing, but when applying breach lvl modification values hp% of a mob sometimes displays base value x modificator bonus (ex. 3.6). Which results in game showing a mob that has for example 406% hp instead of 100% value.
