Can't click create character button

Can't click it, it doesnt get the hover sound either. The delete button is clickable though. I also have a bug where I have to hold my mouse a few pixels over the "Enter world" button. But changing my resolution back to fullscreen and native resolution fixed that, but did not fix this "Create character" issue.

Okay, I got to click the button now if I pick a smaller vertical resolution and then stretch the window vertically!

Hey there, from my end create character seems to be working as intended. I think you may possibly be unable to create a character if you've hit the character count limit for your account.
