Class meters (e.g mana/energy) should contain text.

### Description A text addition would make it easier to intuitively understand how the meter works. In the absence of tooltip text for spell/ability cost or generation, it wasn't obvious whether the meter should be draining (mage mana) or building (warrior energy). ### Steps to Reproduce 1. General combat gameplay using spells and abilities. 2. Not intuitive wether spells drain mana or build energy. 3. See discrepancy between Warrior and Mage class meters (assume Mage drains mana) ### Expected Behavior Text values on the meter immediately indicates what the spells and abilities do in relation to my class meter. E.g As with health bar and target bar. ### Actual Behavior Vague blue bar which seemingly drains one way (assuming mage mana) or builds energy the other direction (warrior energy), without much UI feedback to explicitly communicate what it is.

### Suggestions: - Introduce text (as with health bar and target bar) to immediately communicate the class meter values and purpose. - Probably worth implementing both 'build energy' (current) and 'drain mana' mechanics as classes may vary depending on their combat play style. - Introduce a 'cost x mana' / 'generates y energy' description on spells / abilities tooltips' to improve gameplay mechanics communication and continuity.
