Displayed timestamps should be in clients local timezone
While on a US-West world the time printed above the mini map showed Pacific time even though I am not in that timezone. Ideally it would how my local time

You should be able to toggle this by clicking on the time display. There is also now a toggle for this in the settings menu. Hope this helps!
