Fireball cast failure
I'm not sure what the root cause of this is, but every so often I'll attempt to cast Fireball, and while the cast bar comes up, the fire casting sound effect doesn't play, and at the end of the cast, nothing happens. I suspect this extends to other spells as well, but as I cast Fireball so much, it's most noticeable with it. It may be net-code / latency related.

EDIT: After playing for a bit today, the latency is much better for me (United Kingdom) so it seems it wasn't latency related, but this issue has become substantially worse. One in every five Fireball casts doesn't actually trigger the animation, sound, or damage -- sometimes its even more frequent than this.
