Flamestorm

I think the change of players now being able to place Flamestorm where you aim your mouse is not a good change for this spell. I think that should apply to Arcane Tempest instead. I usually pull a lot of mobs and place Flamestorm on one of them to cleave the rest while kiting to avoid damage. Now that is not possible. My suggestion is to revert the change back to how it was previously but keep the particle effect change.
