Line of sight blocked spell animations (Possible lag switch)
When "line of sight blocked" you can still use some spells which use animations for example flamestorm. (It does not damage, as intended) However, it plays the animation and does not use up the charge, allowing you to spam the animation and lag everything out by stacking animations.
