Loot whilst being in a Party seems to show multiples and not loot specific to yourselves causing it to say "Could Not Loot Corpse. Move closer or free bag space." making it just a tiny annoyance.

Can confirm. If you’re in a party with another user, you can see their loot, inside the corpse of the monster alongside your own loot. The team members loot cannot be looted by you, nor does it sync between players when it is successfully looted.
The loot system should be round robin, at least for now, so that not too much is generated, and can be looted every other kill by each party member.
