NPC Kiting

NPC kiting is entirely broken. If you attack an NPC and kite them out of their range, when they are on their way back you can't attack that NPC, or any other NPC's till the first NPC returns to where it came from.I think it should be treated similar to games like WoW where the npc evades any attacks while its pathfinding its way back until it reaches its destination, and you should be able to attack other NPCS during this time.

Once the NPC is kited out of range, the NPC should still be able to be attacked but the attacks should be EVADED until the NPC either aggros again (either from another NPC activating it, or reaching its initial starting zone) Right now when you kite an NPC past its distance, when you try to attack it you can't attack it at all, until it completely resets and walks back to its starting tile.
