Quest-chain abruptly ends after giving in first quest to Farmer Sam [Newly triggered issue]
Seems to be a newly introduced bug, as I heard from someone in-game that this isn't the end of the quest chain now.

Leveling to level 4 seems to have made the quest appear

questing still stops at farmer sam running smoothly other then that

I ran into this today. I logged out and then back in and it showed up then

just to add yesterday i dont think this happened .. afterwards your supposed to get the quest to kill frogs around the lake . or kill the spider i cant remember which

Yeah it turns out there is level requirements to go to the next quest so you have to be a high enough level. Also some of the quests have other requirements that are not shown on the side like the frog quest also requires spiders.
