Save the Foxes
Quest did not progress until I leveled up to level 2. This seems to only be a issue on warrior.

Yeah actually it does not depends on your level it depends on how you kill the wolf. If you kill it with auto attack, the quest progress, if you kill it will the warrior spell it will not count as a kill and the quest will not progress.
