At 100 STR with 5 Ranks, it deals 44DPS for 12 Sec (AOE). 100 STR is doable at lvl 30. At lvl 30, enemies at that lvl have more than 3k hp. And with a 120sec cd, even for a priest, this is absolutely garbage.
