Sometimes when casting fireball the cast timer doesn't show

I find this occurs more often when you rapid click the ability but sometimes it's just a random occurrence. Steps to reproduce:1. Target a wolf2. Keep pressing to cast Fireball3. Sometimes the cast bar shows, sometimes it doesn't.
