WASD control gets swapped after rotating my view using mouse or they become one directional.

i haven't experienced this no. can you detail steps to reproduce? maybe you are rotating the view with left mouse button? if so, it is intended that the left mouse button only rotates the view and not the player facing direction. to change the facing direction and the camera view, you should use the right mouse button.
