Weapon balancing

Currently the staff is a pointless weapon, when the option to combo sword and shield is superior. As an example (Both Sword and Staff are Superior): Pyroclast Staff at 40 Instability has 1922 Strength - but the Molten Brood Blade at 30 Instability has 1541 Strength, only 381 less strength and I'm still left with the option to add a Shield, if I just add a Normal quality Insta30 Caldera Ward, I add an additional 434 Strength (1975 Total). With a Fine +30 Caldera Ward, I'm sitting at a combined Strength of 2237. If both the Sword and Shield are Superior, you're looking at over 600+ Strength more than the same quality staff with +10 Instability levels higher. (Unfortunately, haven't managed to acquire a +30 Caldera Ward Superior, but you can see from the screenshots that with a Fine one it's already better.)
