That would be because Veyra, Weaver of Night is not the end boss of Shadowclaw Depth, but rather 1 of 2 side bosses, the other side boss is Nullfang. The End boss is deeper into the breach and their name is Shadowclaw, Voice of the Deep.
If it makes it easier to remember, the end boss typically has the Breach name as their name, as you are entering their domain.
