XP tooltip getting stuck on cursor
The XP tooltip keeps getting stuck to my cursor for a bit, hovering on abilities changes the tooltip to that, but then when I move off it changes back to the XP bar. Hovering over the XP bar again and then moving away sometimes resolves the issue.

Finally figured out to reproduce this. When casting a spell from your hotbar, going from the enemy to your hot bar and immediately clicking before the XP bar has a chance to populate, will occasionally cause the XP tooltip to appear on your mouse. This ONLY happens when casting with your mouse. Steps: 1. Target enemy with mouse 2. QUICKLY move mouse to a spell on your hotbar, while ensuring you pass through the XP bar 3. CLICK a spell as soon as you pass the XP bar 4. If you're "unlucky" you'll have the tooltip show up after a cast or two (It's not super reproducable, but I had this happen 4 times in one fight doing this)
