XP window bug

This is still an issue. It generally happens while in combat. Or just navigating the UI. That tooltip that normally appears when you hover over the xp bar - sometimes just begins following the mouse. I generally see it happen maybe 1 - 2 times per session. It almost always happens while fighting mobs, and flicking my mouse around to target the mobs
